Reusable pads are an excellent eco-friendly shift to make, allowing you to wear and wash and reuse the same pads over and over. Reusable Pads work the same way as disposable pads - they snap together around your underwear to stay in place. An absorbent core contains the bleeding with a waterproof backing to give you confidence while out and about. A lot of people (me included!) find reusable pads much more comfortable than their disposable alternative.
