Terms and Conditions

Preorder

- Preorder processing can be 6-12 weeks for fabric printing and freight plus making and postage time

- Changes to your order may be made up to 6 hours after the end of the preorder round ends - after this no changes can be made.

- Please do not order in-stock and preorder items together. If you do, you may incur a further shipping charge - we will not hold in stock items until the preorder arrives and it will be sent separately

General

- Product colours may vary from screen to screen

- While every care is taken when making an item, I am only human! mistakes can happen. If you spot a flaw in your product, please contact me in the first instance.

Returns & Exchanges

- No refunds or exchanges are provided for change of mind, custom orders, clearance products, or intimate items (e.g. reusable pads) due to health and safety. 

- No refunds will be provided for issues outside of our control - i.e. delayed shipping 

- if you have been sent a product with a flaw or that you believe is not fit for purpose, please contact me at jen@sawsewry.co.nz  to discuss. Any claims on faulty product must be made within 14 days of purchase (or on receipt of the item in the case of preorder or custom orders).

- we reserve the right to attempt repairs in the first instance where appropriate

Custom Orders

- A turnaround time of 2-3 weeks is currently the standard for custom orders, with time starting once payment has been received.

- While every attempt will be made to complete your order in the agreed timeframe, circumstances outside of my control will not be grounds for refund unless these are excessive.

- If your custom order  will be affected by any circumstance,  I will communicate with you via you preferred method .

- We accept no returns/refunds on custom orders, please make sure you are happy with all the particulars before purchase

Shipping

- We attempt to get your parcel out as soon as possible, but please allow 3-5 days for us to process your order

- Rural shipping will incur an extra fee - please ensure you select the correct option at the checkout. If you have not selected the correct shipping method, we will contact you to arrange payment.

- We are not responsible for delays in the postal service and cannot help your parcel arrive any faster
